Unless you’ve never seen this blog before, you’ll notice that it looks a bit different! This is thanks to my Number One Internet Fanboy, who found this wonderful template and fixed everything up for me!

Not much else going on, except I’ve been doing a fair bit around the house (thanks to some new organizer thingies called StackAbles, into which I’m putting my copious amount of fabric, yarn, & other craft stuff, which has been in cardboard boxes for the last decade). I’ll have to post piccies after I get that all squared away, since I finally found my digital camera’s battery charger!

I also discovered where most of my handtowels disappeared off to, during the move: I’d forgotten that I’d used them to cushion breakables, which I’ve also finally gotten around to unpacking. And I actually heard from my dear old friend Rik for the first time in 2 or 3 years, who has a new job as house-husband and father to his 8-month-old daughter Isabella!

It’s not even Friday night yet, and it’s shaping up to be a fairly busy weekend. But hey, isn’t there a saying about idle hands being the workshop of some evil force or another? *grin*
