Life is just so darned twisted sometimes, I could just scream. And not in the happy “hey, sailor” way, either. I don’t know that there’s enough time in the day to vent about it enough to keep my sanity, but in any case, I’m not going to share it with the general Internet public.
I think it would just be better if I didn’t do much more than go to work, come home & play Neopets, watch a little escapism TV on the SciFi channel, and try not to overindulge in too much comfort food. (I’m pretty sure that yesterday’s binge on peppermints, popcorn, and pizza was overindulging.) Maybe I’ll actually start that Crazy Cat Lady Guildhouse that Lyse & I have been kicking around…
want a rant? both of my computers got trashed, just now got the e-mail working again. the thrashing gnashing of the computers allowed me to miss most “4400″ Sunday. thank spirit and spiritone for providing Google, so i could e-mail the lover boy via our back door in Integral Naked. Lil, you’d love that Forum!
Way to go, “ro,” for taking an entry about Lil’s unhappiness and making it about you. Nice work. No sympathy at all, just “me me me.” I’m impressed. And by “impressed” I mean “annoyed.”
If you can’t say something supportive and/or germaine to the topic of the entry, don’t say anything at all. Please.
“Want a rant”? WTF?!? Last time I checked “ro” sweetie, this wasn’t your blog to twist around as you see fit.
Last time I checked as of a couple minutes ago, it was /Lil’s/ blog. And if she wants to rant in it, then that’s her business, not yours to twist around to a “pity me instead” party.
Grow up and get a blog of your own if you “want a rant” as you so eloquently, and by eloquently, I mean rudely, commented.
woah … did i miss something? from what i read, it didn’t seem like ro was bashing lil or asking her if she wanted “TO” rant … it just seemed as if she stumbled into the same path lil did today. i didn’t think it was rude or anything. in fact, she ended the comment with a suggestion of a forum that she’d like to visit. or is there something else going on that i can’t see from this side of the internet?
btw, lil, i’ve been on the comfort food, too, and i would like to place a reservation for the crazy cat lady guildhouse, por favor. hope things calm down for you soon. {{{{{{LIL}}}}}}
If it was just the once, Laura, I can’t imagine Karel & Kylanath would have reacted that way, as they are terribly polite most of the time. But that sort of thing is ongoing, so they spoke up. I’ve just been ignoring it, myself, but I don’t blame them for taking another tack.

My deepest apologies, didn’t mean to take it back to me. Lil had a frustrating day and I was empathizing in a scatterbrained way.
