Sultry, silky, smooth? What’s your flavor?

Of course it takes good vocals to make a great song really memorable. But there are several musicians out there with voices that are so intense, so compelling, that you just melt every time you hear one of their songs.

Which singer’s voice makes such an impact on you, sensually, that you’d take them to bed on the sound of their voice alone?

I’ve always gotten an amazing weak-in-the-knees feeling from the voice of Steve Perry from Journey.

Hmmm, interesting question. I think I would go with Alana Miles. “Black Velvet” does all sorts of wicked things in my brain.

first one that comes to mind is vanessa daou. it probably helps that most of her songs are x-rated, but the sound of her voice literally oozes with sex. her voice is enough to get me in the mood within about 2 seconds.

Thom Yorke, definitely. He is one of the most physically unattractive men I’ve ever seen, but he does the most amazing things with his voice. After seeing him live in concert, I proclaimed, “I want to make love to his voice!”
