We’re planning to hole up in Kyla’s little sanctuary tomorrow night, as it’s a bedroom with no outside-facing wall. It might keep some of the noise down, anyway… and it’ll still be quieter than the ruckus going on outside of my house. Argh.

You can use a device called a neti pot (available from Whole Foods/Whole Body) to flush out the sinus infection… rinsing everything out helps much more than you’d expect. Also, codeine stops coughing amazingly well.
